ผลลัพธ์

เคสนี้คุณนุชเคยทำตามาก่อน มีปัญหาชั้นตาสูงและตาปรือกว่าเดิม รวมถึงเคยทำจมูกเทคนิค close มาแล้ว 20 ปีทำให้จมูกเกิดการดึงรั้งผิดรูป นอกจากนี้ยังมีปัญหาแก้มหย่อนคล้อย เริ่มมีร่องแก้ม ร่องน้ำหมาก กรอบหน้าไม่ชัด มีเหนียงหย่อนคล้อย เคยใช้ Ulthera แล้วไม่ตอบโจทย์ เลยเลือกมาทำกับหมอเจ จากคนรู้จักได้แนะนำมา หลังจากที่คุณนุชได้ตัดสินใจเข้ามาปรึกษาคุณหมอเจเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาของใบหน้า คุณหมอเจได้พูดคุยและวางแผนร่วมกันกับคุณนุชแล้ว คุณหมอจึงเลือกทำ 3 หัตถการด้วยกันคือ

Patient Profile:

  • Female, 46 years old
  • Concerns before surgery : High eyelid crease, droopy eyes, deep nasolabial folds and marionette lines, sagging cheeks, undefined jawline

Case Summary:

Ms.Nuch previously underwent upper eyelid surgery but was left with overly high eyelid creases and droopier eyes. She also had a nose surgery using the closed technique 20 years ago, which resulted in nasal retraction and distortion over time. In addition, she experienced facial sagging, visible folds around the nose and mouth, an undefined jawline, and sagging under the chin. Despite trying Ulthera, she felt the results were insufficient. Upon a friend’s recommendation, she decided to consult Dr. Jay.

After a thorough consultation and joint planning with Dr. Jay, three main procedures were selected to comprehensively address her concerns:

  1. Open-structure rhinoplasty to reconstruct and refine her nasal framework
  2. Revision upper eyelid surgery with ptosis correction to restore eye balance and natural expression
  3. Full facelift using deep-plane SMAS lifting and scar-concealing techniques to lift and tighten the overall face.

Post-Operative Result:
