David, age 63, traveled from Chicago with his wife, Khun Ruen. The couple had followed Dr. Jay's work for a long time. As they grew older, both had become concerned about laxity across their faces and necks, and they decided that if they underwent facelifts, they wanted Dr. Jay to perform them. After waiting almost a year for their appointments, they flew to Thailand for treatment at The Art Plastic Surgery Hospital.
David and Khun Ruen selected the same combination of procedures and had their surgeries on the same day, with David's operation scheduled in the evening and his wife's in the morning. Their treatment plans were finalized after consultations with Dr. Jay.
